Commissioners’ meetings are held in their chambers, Room 28, in the Boundary County Courthouse, unless otherwise stated. Monday, April 21, 2025
9:00 a.m.: Alyssa Walker and Jay Storm to present Boundary County 2024 Annual Juvenile Justice report.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Executive Session 74-206(d) to consider records that are exempt from disclosure as provided in chapter 1, title 74, Idaho code. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from week of April 14. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Form for Orion Circle. Motion to appoint member to Waterways Board. Motion to sign letter of appointment to Waterways Board. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) Facilitator Theresa Wheat and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger (USFS) Heather Fuller – Update on KVRI and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: David Sims, Economic Development Director to discuss Urban Renewal Districts.
11:30 a.m.: Dave Wenk, Snowmobile Board to discuss grant and invoice.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Board of Equalization. Discussion/possible motion on Property Tax Exemption Applications received. ACTION ITEM.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
