9:30 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Olivia Love. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes for week of May 5. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Surplus County Property. Motion to sign Resolution to Amend County Personnel Policy Overtime Under the Fair Standard Labor Act. Motion to sign letter of support for EDC. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Panhandle Pest Control. Motion to sign Idaho Parks & Recreation RFF#1 for Grant #MV-25-1-11-1. Claims approval. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Supervisor Richard Jenkins, Discussion/Possible Motion regarding proposals for the replacement of the Landfill wheel loader. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.

Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. 2:00 p.m. Dave Parker Airport Manager, Discussion/Possible Motion on process, expense on potential land purchase. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Board of Equalization, Discussion/possible motion on Property Tax Exemption application received. ACTION ITEM.
