***Monday, March 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Tim Bertling, Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Ben Robertson, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser.

Commissioners said the Pledge of Allegiance.

9:00 a.m., Karen Schumacher and Genny Hoyle with the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho’s Environmental Department met with Commissioners to discuss the Tribe’s project for a food waste recycling program.

9:30 a.m., County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull contacted Commissioners via telephone to update them on various matters he’s working on to include Tim Tucker’s request for a partial abandonment and waiting on the State of Idaho regarding the Garvin Williams issue.

9:04 a.m., Marty Martinez joined the meeting.

9:30 a.m., Bonners Ferry Herald Staff Writer Emily Bonsant and County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull joined the meeting.

Attorney Hull and Commissioners reviewed various topics Attorney Hull is working on.

Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of March 6, 2023

***Monday, March 6, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Ben Robertson, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser. Chairman Tim Bertling was out of the office.

Commissioners said the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Robertson moved to appoint Commissioner Wally Cossairt Acting Chairman in the absence of Chairman Tim Bertling. Commissioner Cossairt second. Motion passed unanimously.
