9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign Geico Claim correspondence as it pertains to Deep Creek Bridge #3. Motion to sign Storm Water Easement Deed. Discussion/motion to sign LHTAC/Local Agreement for 2020 Local Highway Safety Improvement Program Group Guardrail Project. ACTION ITEM. County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Discuss Fixed Base Operator Agreement. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Findings & Decision for Planning and Zoning Application 19-177 and to adopt Ordinance 9B18LOV3 pertaining to urban subdivisions. Continued discussion regarding back up roll off truck. Motion to sign State of Idaho Contract for Boundary County Mosquito Abatement District. Motion to set tax deeded property auction. Indigent 2019-17. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Restorium Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Airport Manager Dave Parker – Discuss status of grant for snow removal, environmental grant, snow removal equipment building grant, and Airport Care Act. Motion to sign Certificate of final completion for airport snow removal equipment, grant application for environmental study & snow removal equipment building (AIP 17 FAA grant application), FAA Sponsor Certifications, Request for Reimbursement for snow removal equipment for FAA reimbursement, and contracts with T-O Engineering to oversee environmental study and snow removal equipment building. ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: Commissioners review and continued discussion regarding proposed increase in Planning and Zoning application fees and moving forward with holding a public hearing to consider the proposed fees. ACTION ITEM.
