9:00 a.m.: Boundary County Emergency Manager Andrew O’Neel, Sheriff Dave Kramer – Discuss simulcast system and potential funding. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding National Opioids Settlement Notice. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects & possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to approve invoice from Selkirk Mountain Technologies for Clerk’s Office. Motion to implement Boundary County employee of the quarter. Motion to sign contract addendum with Boundary Security. Motion regarding DeHart property documents. Motion to sign Ground-Hangar Lease Agreements with Real Estate Group of Idaho LLC/Gregory D. Jelliffe for Hangar D5 and Feist Creek Lodge, LLC/Cliff Kramer for Hangar A7. Motion to sign County Inventory Worksheet for surplus property. Motion to sign Idaho Department of Lands Reimbursement Request Form for South Boundary Hazardous Fuels Reduction II (Community Fuel Breaks) project. ACTION ITEMS.

11:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Squire Fields – Discussion/possible motion regarding quote for sealing and painting parking lots and motion regarding associated Independent Contractor Agreement. Update on the sidewalk project with Cubix and update on roof repairs for the Sheriff’s Office. Possible motion to sign updated Independent Contractor Agreements with Cubix and Sasquatch Builders. ACTION ITEMS.
11:30 a.m.: Parks and Recreation Board member Brandon Glaza – Discuss request to install well on county parks property. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Shane Robinson with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal Services – Update on USDA Animal Services Program.
2:00 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign acceptance letter for guardrail project. Discussion/possible motion to accept quote from Envirotech Services for RoadSaver (mag chloride) and sign related documents. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Envirotech Services. Discuss renewing contracts/work orders with Innovate! Inc. ACTION ITEMS.
6:00 p.m.: Commissioners’ special meeting with the City of Bonners Ferry and the City of Moyie Springs at the County Annex for the purpose of discussing various topics, including but not limited to: Boundary Area Transportation Team – regional transportation, Comprehensive Plan – long range planning, Area of City Impact, SPOT bus, Riverside Road Improvements, Issues at the fair regarding sales of alcohol, Speed limit reduction to 45 mph in the City of Moyie Springs, Garbage dump station closer to the area of Moyie Springs, and City of Bonners Ferry local option tax – contingency plan.
