9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Bid opening for Deep Creek Bridge #3 Wingwall Repair Project. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement for Deep Creek Bridge #3 Wingwall Repair Project. Discuss road approach variances. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated, but imminently likely to be litigated. Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Invoice Summary & Request for Reimbursement No. 3 for Airport Improvement Project #017 for environmental assessment. Motion to sign FAA Invoice Summary & Request for Reimbursement #1 for Airport Improvement Project #018 for snow removal equipment (phase II construction). Motion to sign Boundary County FY2021 Indigent Defense Financial Assistant Agreement. Discussion regarding cleaning out the garage area at the armory. ACTION ITEMS.
