9:00a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Discussion of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster funding. Reconsideration of motion to go out for bids for the Kootenai Trail Road Repair (at Atkins Canyon). ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to complete Community Contacts Questionnaire for USDA Rural Development. Discussion/Motion to put up no overnight camping signs at the Rocky Point, Deep Creek, Copeland and Porthill boat launches, and the county parks along the river. Motion to sign Computer Arts Inc. Contract for Sheriff’s Office, Motion to approve University of Idaho Extension employees’ use of county vehicles. Motion to sign Airport Hangar Lease Agreements for Nevin Miller, Kim Loosemore, Northern Air, and Durden Family Living Trust. Approve Commissioners’ meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Sign Certificates of Residency. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Tax deed hearing for Ace Elder Care properties. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department Superintendent Clint Kimball & Assistant Superintendent Renee Nelson –Discuss Road and Bridge Department budget matters. Possible ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: County resident Garvin Williams – Discuss matter regarding approach permits and variances. Possible ACTION ITEM.

9:00 a.m.: Boundary County fiscal year 2018-2019 budget hearing. Motion regarding adoption of budget for fiscal year 2018-2019. Motion to adopt resolution regarding Boundary County fiscal year 2018-2019 budget. ACTION ITEMS. Make statement that funding for Columbia Bank leases have been approved for another year and funding for these leases is included in the county’s FY 18-19 budget. Motion to sign Letters of Intent to Renew for Columbia Bank. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing fiscal year 2018-2019 Budget hearing. Motion regarding adoption of Boundary County Ambulance Service District fiscal year 2018-2019 budget. Motion to adopt resolution regarding Boundary County Ambulance Service District fiscal year 2018-2019 budget. ACTION ITEMS.
9:45 a.m., to 11:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 67-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Possible ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Indigent 2018-21. Motion to amend minutes of August 13, 2018 pertaining to Fair Board member term. ACTION ITEMS.
11:20 a.m.: Planning and Zoning Administrator John Moss and GIS Mapper Olivia Drake – Discuss a GIS Mapping matter. ACTION ITEM.

Chairman Dinning attends Kaniksu Over Snow Vehicle Motorized Winter Travel Plan meeting at 1:00 p.m., at Sandpoint Ranger District Ofc, 1602 Ontario St., Sandpoint.
