Discussion/possible motion to sign 2019 Local Strategic Initiatives Program for Tobe Way & Plato Drive Improvements-Local Highway Technical Assistance Council/Local Agreement. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Sign FY 2019 Federal Aviation Administration/Airport Improvement Program Grant Application and the Grant Sponsor Certifications. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to sign Land Manager’s Statement for fishing guide. Cancel/extend various taxes. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Rhonda Vogl and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) and Forest Service projects. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS.
11:00 to noon: Boundary Community Hospital CEO/CFO Craig Johnson – Presentation on Hospital financial information. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Lloyd Knight & Nic Zurfluh with Idaho State Dept. of Agriculture, Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Council Chairman Gary Aitken Jr. & Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Fish & Wildlife Department Director Sue Ireland, Boundary Soil Conservation District members, Boundary County Waterways Board Chairman Darron Branson, and Boundary County Noxious Weeds Department Superintendent Dave Wenk – Discussion regarding options for establishing invasive species boat check station in Boundary County. 2:30 p.m.: South Boundary Fire District Chief – Information on limiting fire protection coverage for Ruby Creek Road area due to posted bridge load limits.
3:00 p.m.: Idaho Association of Counties legislative conference call for District 1.
