9:00 a.m.: Discussion and motion regarding lease of Cat Wheel Loader.

Commissioners will be out of the office the rest of this week due to the Idaho Association of Counties Annual Midwinter Conference.

Commissioner Kirby attends Simulcast meeting.

Monday, February 13, 2017
KVRI Board meeting at Extension Office starting at 7p.m.

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Scoping notice for Riverside project.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes.
10:00 a.m.: Parks and Recreation Board Chairman Rob Tompkins – Discuss Parks and Recreation job positions, secondary job descriptions, and plans for maintenance.
10:30 a.m.: Courthouse Security/Bailiff Ben Reinhardt – Review quotes for new Courthouse telephone system. Possible motion regarding telephone system.
11:45 a.m.: claims approval.

9:00 a.m.: Planning & Zoning Administrator John Moss & County Civil Attorney Tevis Hall – proposed changes to Land Use Ordinance 2017-1.
3:00 p.m.: IAC legislative conference call.

9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
