Discussion/possible motion to sign the State/Local Agreement for Deep Creek Loop Mile Post 1.1.

10:00 a.m.: Continued discussion on funding for the Solid Waste Department.
10:45 a.m.: Cancel/extend various taxes. Sign: Certificates of Residency and Boundary County Victim Services support letter. Motion to amend minutes of December 25, 2017. Motion to approve & sign Findings and Decision for Planning and Zoning Application #18-029, for a zone amendment requested by C. Timmons. Motion to sign Public Defender Contract. Motion to sign engagement letter with Norton Rose Fulbright regarding county computers. Motion to sign the Agreement with the Idaho Department of Parks & Recreation for the Boat Safety Grant.
11:00 a.m.: H. Dennison Hardship Application.
11:30 a.m.: Courthouse Security/Bailiff Ben Reinhardt – Update on Courthouse matters.
11:50 a.m.: Update on Idaho Department of Lands meeting and discussion on shortening the pay request process. Indigent 2018-8.
2:00 p.m.: Conference call with Keller Associates regarding regional sewer feasibility study grant project.
