Motion to ratify the chairman signing the letter to EPA re: Kalispel Tribe’s request to re-designate reservation regarding Class I air quality.

9:00 a.m., County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull - Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated, but imminently likely to be litigated.
9:30 a.m.: Sheriff Kramer – Discussion/possible motion to enter into contract with Riley Creek to use old mill yard for Rocky Point boat launch/Waterways overflow parking.
