Monday, July 10, 2017

9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Discussion, possible motion regarding letters of compliance for rock sources.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Tentative: Motion to transfer old gambling machines to Boundary County Museum if determined to belong to the county. Tentative motion to approve & sign Idaho Dept. of Lands grant funds for 2017 HFR Westside Temple Deer Dawson project. Motion to ratify the chairman signing the letter to EPA re: Kalispel Tribe’s request to re-designate reservation regarding Class I air quality.
10:00 a.m.: County surplus real property auction.
10:30 a.m.: Continued BOE for Hotaling.
10:45 a.m.: Continued BOE for Ludlow.
11:00 a.m.: Indigent 2017-14 and 2017-15. Motion to approve and sign COPS Grant Application and all future related documents.
11:30 a.m.: Restorium report.
11:45 a.m.: claims approval.
1:30 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.

9:00 a.m., County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull - Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated, but imminently likely to be litigated.
9:30 a.m.: Sheriff Kramer – Discussion/possible motion to enter into contract with Riley Creek to use old mill yard for Rocky Point boat launch/Waterways overflow parking.
10:00 a.m.: Discussion and possible motion regarding Courthouse and armory cleaning contracts.
10:30 a.m.: Motion to adopt Ordinance 2017-1A and resolution regarding Land Use fees. Discuss Planning and Zoning file storage.

Monday, July 17, 2017
KVRI meeting in the Extension Office starting at 7p.m.

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Bid opening for Snow Creek bridge project.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve the Idaho Liquor Catering Permit for a Mountain Mafia/Purcell Trench Ranch event.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:30 a.m.: Patty Perry with the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho and Forest Service District Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative and Forest Service matters.
11:00 a.m.: County 911 Administrator Crystal Denton – Continued discussion on E911 Program.

Tuesday, July 18, 2017
9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
