9:00 a.m.: American Legion representatives Dave Schuman and Michelle Walker – Discussion/motion regarding proposed mural and request for funds. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Discuss Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Funding. Motion to receive second tranche payments. Motion to sign Requests for Reimbursement #28 and #29 and Invoice Summary Sheets for Airport Improvement Project #017 for the Environmental Study (phase II – environmental assessment). Motion to sign the Computer Arts/Harris Master Agreement Software & Support License/Addendums A, B and C. Motion to sign Purchase Order - Lease with Quadient Leasing USA for postage meter machine. ACTION ITEMS.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion regarding Sunrise Road – Kootenai Tribe project updates and changes. ACTION ITEMS.
2:30 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
3:00 p.m.: Commissioners continued budget workshop.
