9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discuss emergency funding notice for local government agencies. Continued review of Road and Bridge budget. County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve/sign Property Tax Exemption form for Bonner Community Housing Agency.
10:00 a.m.: Sealed bid opening for docks formerly used at Rock Point boat launch (Waterways).
10:15 a.m.: Resume review of Road and Bridge budget.
10:30 a.m.: Discussion/possible motion to ratify acceptance of amended quote to survey landfill property. Motion to ratify signing a letter pertaining to FireSafe pre-thinning contacts. Motion to approve amended county alcoholic beverage license for Mi Pueblo and transferred alcoholic beverage license for Bonners Ferry Conoco. Motion to sign No Spray Weed Control Agreements. Discussion/possible motion regarding proposed agreement from Panhandle Health District for use of fairgrounds in event of an emergency. Motion to ratify signing of FEMA Designation of Applicant’s Agent form. Motion to approve, sign and submit USDA grant application for regional sewer feasibility study.
11:45 a.m.: claims approval. John Marquette with JRS Surveying – Motion to sign plat map for Mountain View Heights Subdivision (2nd addition).
1:30 p.m.: Aaron Freudenthal with Idaho Public Defense Commission - Discuss matters pertaining to public defense to include extraordinary litigation fund and standards.
2:00 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
2:15 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent.

Monday, June 19, 2017

11:00 a.m.: County 911 Administrator Crystal Denton – Update on E911 Program.

9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
9:50 a.m.: Planning and Zoning Administrator John Moss - Discuss budget for Comprehensive Plan & private burial.
10:00 a.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider amending Land Use Ordinance 2017-1.
11:30 a.m.: Doug Taylor, District Director for Congressman Labrador’s Office – Introductions and general discussion.
