9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Porter Yett for milling on Meadow Creek Road. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to approve volunteer list for July Fourth event. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Panhandle Health District Ballots for District 1 Board of Health member. Motion to sign Postage Meter Lease Agreement. Sign the documents associated with Employer Advocates LLC, for unemployment cost control services. Sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Panhandle Pest Control. Approve Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to appoint Parks & Recreation Board member. Motion to sign letter to renew Real Property Lease with Kootenai River Lumber Company. Cancel/extend various taxes. Treasurer Sue Larson - Discuss delinquent tax matter. Motion to ratify approval of expenditure for tree removal. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Rhonda Vogl & Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium report. Discuss boiler. ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen - Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Commissioners/HMH Engineering public meeting regarding the FY2023 KN 20215 Deep Creek Loop mill & overlay construction project. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Continuation of Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board- Discussion/update on the proposed construction of a facility for ambulance services.
2:30 p.m.: Boundary County Airport Manager Dave Parker – Update on airport grant projects.

Tuesday, June 18, 2019
Meeting regarding FY22 McArthur Lake US 95 project at Naples School from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting. Motion to sign Management Policy Directive. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m.: Public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning Application #19-082, zone map amendment for Robert Pluid. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Public hearing to approve short plat subdivision for 19-002, for Jeffrey Veys and to approve private road name of Park Crest Drive. ACTION ITEMS.
11:00 a.m.: County resident Mike Nunke - Discuss matter regarding solid waste fee assessed for Upper Pack River Road resident.
11:30 a.m.: Discussion and possible motion to name Boundary County Emergency Manager and Public Information Office. ACTION ITEMS.
11:45 a.m.: Jail inspection.
1:30 p.m.: County resident Julie Holly – Discussion regarding burnout event proposed to be held at fairgrounds. ACTION ITEM.
