9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discuss request regarding solid waste fee matter. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Quitclaim Deed for W. Nyberg. Motion to sign contract with Maria’s Cleaning Service. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Commissioners review the County Personnel Policy.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium report.
11:30 a.m.: Chief Deputy Clerk Tracie Isaac – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
1:30 p.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer – Discuss matters regarding jurisdiction as it pertains to fire season.
3:30 p.m.: Boundary Community Hospital CEO Craig Johnson and Chief Financial Officer Holly McDonald – Review hospital budget. ACTION ITEM.
4:30 p.m.: Mandy Bateman – Discuss matters pertaining to county public information officer. ACTION ITEM.
