9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion regarding Forest Service FY 2023 Payments to State Election Form. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Board of Equalization appeal hearing for J. & C. Julian, Parcel #RP64N02E268990A. ACTION ITEM.
10:40 a.m.: Restorium Department Report update. Budget discussion for FY 23-24 budget.
11:15 a.m.: Quarterly jail inspection.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to provide written comment to Idaho Transportation Department regarding plans for the proposed easement/county road and approach at US Highway 95 associated with the Sunrise Road - Kootenai Tribe of Idaho project. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Board of Equalization appeal hearing for O. & J. Swift, Parcel #RP006530000370A. ACTION ITEM.
