Continued discussion on plowing snow in front of Porthill Mercantile and drainage issue on Black Mountain Road. Discussion/Possible motion to sign Emergency Relief Funds (ERF248) for Deep Creek Loop (Mile Post 1.1) Project Agreement & Emergency Relief Fund (ERF129) form for Westside Road (MP 12.0) Project Agreement.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign: Certificates of Residency, Addendum to Inmate Telephone Agreement and Vacation of Easement. Motion to reappoint advisory board members.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Patty Perry and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative matters and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: Discussion & possible motion regarding claims for payment and demands. Discussion/possible motion regarding court expenditure. Discuss status of Courthouse security detector.
11:15 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Director Dennis Weed – Discussion, possible motion regarding opportunity zone. Motion to sign DEQ Grant application documents for regional sewer feasibility study project. Motion to adopt resolution regarding DEQ Grant.
