9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Discussion/motion regarding piggy back bid offer regarding 2022 Western Star 4700SF truck. Motion to sign finance documents for a 2022 Western Star 4700SF truck. Discussion/possible motion to accept piggy back offer for two 2021 CAT 140AWD motor graders and sign any related bid offer/finance documents. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discuss ending use of conference call line for Commissioner meetings based Idaho Rebound status. Discuss matter of trees on Tamarack Drive. Executive Session - Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Federal Aviation Administration Single Audit Certification Form. Motion to sign Findings & Decisions for Rebecca Henslee Application for Variance #3-2021 to Road Standards Ordinance 2020-2. Motion to sign Findings & Decision for Albert Solt and John & Patti Solt Application for Variance #4-2021 to Road Standards Ordinance 2020-2. 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Discussion/workshop in County Annex meeting room (former Armory Bldg) located at 6566 Main St, Bonners Ferry, entrance on the north side of bldg, with County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull, Community Title representative, Boundary Abstract representative, Planning & Zoning Department Administrator Clare Marley, Road & Bridge Department Co-Superintendents Renee Nelson and Randy Morris, County Mapper Olivia Drake, and County Addressing Coordinator Trevor Kempton – Discussion regarding county processes. (This workshop is an in person meeting as the conference call line will not be available for this meeting.)
11:00 a.m.: Boundary County Emergency Manager Andrew O’Neel – Discussion/motion to sign Emergency Management Program Grant (EMPG) COVID supplemental application. ACTION ITEM. Motion to adopt Resolution authorizing disposition of records of Boundary County Treasurer’s Office. ACTION ITEM.
3:00 p.m.: Idaho Association of Counties legislative Zoom call for District 1.
