Motion to sign the following: Certificates of Residency, Professional Services Contract with Panhandle Area Council for the IDL Grant #17HFR1-Boundary, Contract between Sheriff’s Office & Kootenai Tribe regarding the jail, and FY19 Indigent Defense Grant Agreement Form. Discussion/motion regarding renewing lease with North Idaho College.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.

10:15 a.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer - Discussion/possible motion regarding painting Sheriff’s Office, renewing agreements, funding Guardian RFID for jail in partnership with Idaho Counties Risk Management Program. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
10:45 a.m.: Discuss request for records pertaining to letter to the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
