Commissioner Kirby attends Boundary Economic Development Committee Board meeting at noon at the Kootenai River Inn.
KVRI Board meeting at 7:00 p.m., in the Extension Office.

9:00a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion to sign the Riverside Road Improvement Funds Transfer Agreement.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign the following: Certificates of Residency, Professional Services Contract with Panhandle Area Council for the IDL Grant #17HFR1-Boundary, Contract between Sheriff’s Office & Kootenai Tribe regarding the jail, and FY19 Indigent Defense Grant Agreement Form. Discussion/motion regarding renewing lease with North Idaho College.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:20 a.m.: Discussion/possible motion regarding PNW Trail - Time sensitive
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Patty Perry and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative matters and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: Canvas 2018 primary election ballots.
11:15 a.m.: Continuation of tax deed hearing for RP62N01E042400A.
11:30 a.m.: Commissioners to open bids for parcels that did not sell at public auction.
1:30 p.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent – Continued discussion on Solid Waste Department budget. Motion to accept quotes for grinding wood pile. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement for grinding wood pile.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report. Motion to sign Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to the Cooperative Weed Management Areas.
10:00 a.m.: Board of Equalization.
10:15 a.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer - Discussion/possible motion regarding painting Sheriff’s Office, renewing agreements, funding Guardian RFID for jail in partnership with Idaho Counties Risk Management Program. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
10:45 a.m.: Discuss request for records pertaining to letter to the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
11:00 a.m.: Indigent 2018-16. Motion to sign No Spray Weed Control Agreements.
