9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need; and Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Discussion/motion regarding renewal of County Civil Attorney Professional Services Contract. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign the Public Defender Contracts with Linda Payne and Amanda Findlay. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign amended Hangar/Ground Lease with All Sports Aviation and Northern Air, Inc. Motion to sign Stimson Land Use Permit and Idaho Dept. of Lands Use Permit. Motion to approve & authorize payment for State of Idaho CARES Act Broadband Grant Request for Reimbursement invoices. Discuss fencing at the armory. Motion regarding nomination to Idaho Counties Risk Management Program Board of Trustees for District 1. 10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Rhonda Vogl and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) and Forest Service projects. Discussion/possible motion to sign KVRI letter of support for the Department of Fish and Game wildlife fencing for the Copeland tunnel, and citizen monitoring letters to the Forest Service and Idaho Department of Lands regarding the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Subcommittee. ACTION ITEMS.
11:30 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Continued discussion regarding roll offs and roll off truck. Discuss possible future plans for monitored sites. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Continued public hearing in the Extension Office to consider county’s proposed use of Tamarack Drive and to accept public input. ACTION ITEM.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department Superintendent Dave Wenk – Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m.: Veterans Service Officer Ron Self – Veterans Service Office Department report.
10:30 a.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer – Discussion/possible motion to go out quotes/bids for a patrol vehicle. Discuss request for bollards for parking lot at Annex. ACTION ITEMS.
11:00 a.m.: Discussion regarding budgeted payroll. ACTION ITEM.
