9:00 a.m.: Jacob Francom, North Idaho Classical Academy to discuss possible plans for school location, possible shared road and field use, and upkeep around the old mill site.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters including proposal for Representation Letter. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for JohnPeter Smithson and Adleemae Robles. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from October 7, November 4, and November 11. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to Sign Resolution to Dispose of Records from Commissioner’s Office. Motion to Sign Boundary County Airport Slope Stabilization Pay Application #3. Motion to sign Boundary County Airport Slope Stabilization – Certificate of Final Completion. Motion to sign Annual Federal Financial Statements for Airport’s FY 2024 federal grants: AIP 023 Slope Stabilization SF-271, AIP 024 Environmental Assessment SF-270 and FY 2024 SF-425. Motion to sign Curley Creek Volunteer Fire Department MOU. Motion to Sign County Annual Juvenile Justice Report. ACTION ITEMS.

11:00 a.m.: Austin Terrill, Species Conservation to discuss extension on MOU and updates, fencing for Solid Waste transfer sites. ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m. April Bennett and Paul Hazdovac to give Boundary Community Hospital Update and discussion/appointment of Hospital Trustees appointments. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
2:00 p.m.: Dave Wenk, discuss grant purchase of snowmobile. ACTION ITEM.
