9:00 a.m.: Pam Barton, regarding Sick Leave Bank annual meeting and request for Sick Leave Bank approval. Executive Session pursuant to 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Jeanette Freeman and Roxanne Hittle. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from November 18. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign Order Annexing Property into the Paradise Valley Fire Protection District. Motion to sign RFF2 for Fire Mitigation 22HFR1-Boundary (Deer Camp). Motion to sign Resolution to Dispose of Records from Commissioner’s Office. Motion to sign Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Surplus County Property. Appoint/Reappoint board positions for Community Guardianship and Restorium Boards. ACTION ITEMS.

1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion and ACTION ITEMS on possible changes for Riverside Road project and height detection for Naples bridge.
2:00 p.m.: Olivia Drake, Discussion and possible ACTION ITEM on Section 16 IDL permit renewal.
