9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Discussion/motion to sign Ruby Creek Bridge #2 Local Professional Services Agreement. Discussion/possible motion to sign Local Rural Highway Investment Program Application for federal-aid match on the Riverside Improvement Project.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney - Update on various matters. Approve Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Adoption of resolution pertaining to disbursement of funds from Kevin & Amanda Merrifield property purchase. Discussion/possible motion to write and sign letter to Walter Merrifield and closing company regarding extension of property purchase agreement. Executive session 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium report.
11:30 a.m.: Attorney Tevis Hull – Discuss matters pertaining to drug court.
1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Shane Jeffries and Shandra Dekome, USFS, Discuss Bog Creek Road.
2:30 p.m.: Economic Development Council (EDC) Director Dennis Weed – Update on EDC projects.
