9:00 a.m. Road and Bridge Department report. Discuss Mountain Meadows Road right-of-way. Motion to approve piggyback bid for a 2019 Caterpillar excavator. Motion to adopt resolution accepting a new public road. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated. Sign proclamation regarding Boundary County Centennial coin. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes Motion to approve and sign the Property Tax Exemption Application for Parcel #RP61N01W018260A. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Indigent 2019-28. ACTION ITEM.
10:10 a.m.: Snowmobile Board member Dave Wenk – Discussion to update Commissioners on land closure.
10:30 a.m.: Post Commander Ben Apo, Tom Chaney, etc., on behalf of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3622 – Discussion and clarification as it pertains to repairs for Veterans of Foreign Wars Office, etc. Request for funds for repairs. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.; Claims approval. ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: Economic Development Council (EDC) Director Dennis Weed – Update on EDC projects. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
