The mere presence of legal counsel at an executive session does not satisfy this requirement.

Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Claims approval. Motion to sign Contractor’s Application for Payment #2 for Airport Aid Grant F24865S-Slope Stabilization Project. Motion to adopt resolution allowing Destruction of Juvenile/Adult Misdemeanor Probation Records. Motion to adopt resolution to Establish Fire Mitigation Grant Revenue Account and Expense Budget. Motion to adopt resolution Increasing the E911 Budget. Motion to adopt resolution to Establish the Selkirk Cooperative Weed Management Grant Revenue Account and Expense Budget.
