10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Facilitator Patty Perry - Update on KVRI matters.
11:00 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
11:30 a.m.: Discussion regarding status of Waterways/Boat Safety matters.

Motion to sign: Jail Medical Services Contract, Property purchase for Kevin & Amanda Merrifield, National Guard Armory Lease, Public Defender Contract, and Walter Merrifield property purchase closing documents. Motion to nominate Idaho Association of Commissioners and Clerks representative to Idaho Association of Counties Board.
10:00 a.m.: Forest Service District Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Forest Service matters.
10:30 a.m.: Discuss matters pertaining to agreement with Stimson Lumber.
11:00 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent.
11:30 a.m.: Discussion/possible motion to consider landfill credit application. Quarterly jail inspection.
