Monday, September 26, 2016

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign work order for Naples Bridge inspection. Discussion and possible motion to seek bids for county’s fuel supply for fiscal year 2016-2017.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney - Update on various matters. Approve Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign: Valance Wireless & Communications Agreement for Maintenance Services, BFI Commercial Lease for the Sheriff’s Office, and Airport Manager’s Contract. Possible motion to sign Public Defender Contract. Motion to sign Walter Merrifield property purchase closing documents. Possible motion to consider landfill credit application.
10:00 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
10:30 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, staff member or individual agent.
11:00 a.m.: Quarterly Jail inspection.

10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium report.
11:30 a.m.: Jennifer McLeish – Discuss requirement to pay fee to obtain address.
1:30 p.m.: Hospital Matters update.
2:00 p.m.: Economic Development Council (EDC) Director Dennis Weed – Update on EDC projects.
