  2. Reading and approval of February 20th, 2020 minutes. (Action Item)
  3. Regular Meeting - Public invited to attend - Times: approximate
    1. Time: 30 mins.  Hearing 20-055 Application for Variance by Michael & Christina Simpfendorfer (Action Item)
    2. Time: 30 mins.  Hearing 20-087 Application for Variance by Gale Glidden (Action Item)
    3. Time: 45 mins.  Hearing 20-098 Application for Amending Zone Map by Kelly Jelinek. (Action Item)
    4. Time: 7:15PM   (or as time permits)   Administrative - Review outcome of County Commissioners hearing (06/15/2020 @ 10:00) regarding Application 19-177 - Amend Land Use Ordinance 9B18LOV2 to create 9B18LOV3 (and discuss steps needed to make any corrections).

NOTE: Location: Planning and Zoning Hearings are held at 6PM in the Extension Office behind the Courthouse at 6447 Kootenai Street, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805 ALL are invited to attend,   ALL Planning and Zoning meetings are open to the public.

Both written and oral testimony is accepted during public hearing and everyone interested is encouraged to attend and provide comment.
