  1. Establish quorum; Open meeting
  2. Reading and approval of May 16 minutes. (Action Item)
  3. Re-Open Public Hearing - on a Long Plat Urban Subdivision (Tabled on January 17, 2019) by Harold Wedel, location on Echo Drive .8 mile north of Three-Mile junction on Highway 95   (Action Item)
  4. Discuss areas of concern to the - Planning and Zoning Commission: including:
    • Junk Yard definition (Action Item)
    • Possible modifications to Ordinance (Action Item)
    • Possible modifications to Comprehensive Plan (Action Item)
  5. Public Comment (Open)
  6. Adjourn

NOTE: Location: Planning and Zoning Hearings are held at 6PM in the Extension Office behind the Courthouse at 6447 Kootenai Street, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805 ALL are invited to attend,   ALL Planning and Zoning meetings are open to the public.

Both written and oral testimony is accepted during public hearing and everyone interested is encouraged to attend and provide comment.
