Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of August 14, 2017

***Monday, August 14, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Dan Dinning, Commissioner LeAlan Pinkerton, Commissioner Walt Kirby, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser.

Commissioners gave the opening invocation and said the Pledge of Allegiance.

Road and Bridge Department Superintendent Clint Kimball cancelled his department report in order to work on time sensitive Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) related road projects.

***Monday, July 31, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Dan Dinning, Commissioner LeAlan Pinkerton, Commissioner Walt Kirby, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser.

Blue Sky Broadcasting Reporter Mike Brown and county resident Marty Martinez were present off and on throughout the day.

Commissioners gave the opening invocation and said the Pledge of Allegiance.

***Monday, July 24, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Dan Dinning, Commissioner LeAlan Pinkerton, Commissioner Walt Kirby, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser.

County resident Marty Martinez and Blue Sky Broadcasting Reporter Mike Brown were briefly present at the meetings.

Commissioners gave the opening invocation and said the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of July 17, 2017

***Monday, July 17, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Commissioner LeAlan Pinkerton, Commissioner Walt Kirby, Clerk Glenda Poston and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser. Chairman Dan Dinning was out of the office tending to other matters.

9:00 a.m., Road and Bridge Department Superintendent Clint Kimball joined the meeting to give his department report. A written report was presented. Mr. Kimball briefly spoke of matters pertaining to emergency work and what the various funding agencies require.

Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of July 10, 2017

***Monday, July 10, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Commissioner LeAlan Pinkerton, Commissioner Walt Kirby, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser. Chairman Dinning was out of the office tending to other matters.

Commissioner Kirby moved to appoint Commissioner Pinkerton Acting Chairman in the absence of Chairman Dinning. Commissioner Pinkerton second. Motion passed unanimously.

County resident Marty Martinez and Blue Sky Broadcasting Mike Brown were in attendance of the meetings off and on throughout the day.
