John Cranor - Aye, Tim Heenan - Aye, Scott Fuller - Aye, Chairman Caleb Davis then took up the last item on the agenda, a review of 19-177, an application submitted by the Planning and Zoning Commission to update selected portions of Ordinance 9B18LOV2. Staff suggested that there was not enough time to do the review justice, but that it could be reviewed in the next regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning meeting, to be held on September 17th 2020. Staff suggested reviewing the comments made by the County Commissioners as per the minutes from a meeting in which the Commissioners examined the proposed changes. All present agreed that delaying this review was acceptable, and no part of application 19-177 was discussed.
Davis thanked everyone for participating in the hearings then asked if there was a motion to adjourn. Wade Purdom so moved, Ron Self seconded, approved unanimously at 7:45 pm and the meeting was adjourned.
