Economic Development Council Advisory Board meeting at 12/noon at Kootenai River Inn.
KVRI meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Extension Office.

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Possible motion to adopt resolution associated with Union Pacific siding project. Motion to accept piggyback bid for CAT 309 Excavator and sign associated documents. Discussion/possible motion to sign Deep Creek Loop Key Number 20215 Right-of-way form. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to sign Airport Manager Agreement. Adopt resolution transferring cash from airport grant to airport budget. Adopt resolution to increase Road & Bridge budget due to receipt of unanticipated funds. Cancel/extend various taxes. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) and Forest Service projects. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Matt Cossalman – Discuss misapplication of urban subdivision to allow parcels below zone minimum throughout county. Planning & Zoning Administrator John Moss – Discuss assistance in Planning & Zoning Office.
1:30 p.m.: 9B Trails member Scott Bourassa – Discussion regarding Section 16 Contract, adjustment to Memorandum of Understanding for Riverside Park, adjustment to insurance requirement pertaining to workers compensation, and discuss transfer of Farnsworth Agreement. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.

9:25 a.m.: Motion to sign Ruby Creek Bridge #2 Right-Of-Way Certificate. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m.: Quarterly jail inspection.
10:30 a.m.: Timothy Saunders - Discuss property tax matter. Treasurer Sue Larson – Review of quarterly report on county accounts. ACTION ITEMS.

Commissioner Kirby attends the Boundary Area Transportation Team (BATT) meeting at 1:30 p.m. in the Panhandle Health District 1 meeting room.
