On 9-20-17, the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a horse boarding/horse rescue facility in the Naples area of Boundary County. The search warrant was obtained in conjunction with an investigation into reports that animals were being abused or neglected at the facility.

A licensed veterinarian was present at the time that the search warrant was served to assist in assessing and evaluating the condition of the animals.

The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
