Colder air out of Canada will be sucked in across northeast Washington and into the Northern Panhandle while moisture wraps into this area around the low. Snow levels are expected to drop down to valleys floors tonight into Thursday morning with heavy snow possible at times through Thursday into at least Friday morning. ...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM THURSDAY TO 11 AM PDT FRIDAY... * WHAT...Heavy snow expected.
