Today during the LEPC (Local Emergency Planning Committee) meeting Sandy Vanbehren, Emergency Manager from Kootenai County Idaho and Vice President of the Idaho Emergency Managers Association presented Sheriff Dave Kramer a plaque from the Idaho Emergency Managers Association for his participation and leadership over the years as a member of IEMA. Congratulations to Sheriff Kramer.
