9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Aleksandra Lowley, Villegas Rodriguez and Caiden Sutherland. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes for week of April 7. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign Maison Estates Subdivision SPS#24-0046 Plat Map. Claims approval. Motion to approve the Office of the Treasurer’s Certificates of Compliance for Potlatch No 1 Financial Credit Union, Mountain West Bank, and Umpqua Bank. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Scott Hoover, with Hoover CPA – Review of county FY 2023-2024 Audit. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Treasurer Jenny Economu, Tax deed hearing for delinquent year 2021 property taxes. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: John Austin, discussion on potential lease arrangement on the new County Courthouse project.
11:30 a.m.: Restorium update.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/Motion to sign Riverside 1B MOA.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Discussion/Motion on Classification Committee review of positions. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. 3:30 p.m.: David Parker, Airport Manager – Airport Update. Discussion regarding slope to the East of the center of the runway that has eroded. Discussion/Motion on grant options for the Airport with FAA funding. Discussion/Motion on new lease for Hangar A2 sold to DR Wade.
