9:00 a.m.: University of Idaho Boundary County 4H Program Coordinator Debbie Higgins – Discuss information on a proposal for family fun night.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Discussion/Motion regarding resolution for validation process of Labrosse Hill Road. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to reappoint Bob Blanford and Mark Weber to the Boundary County Airport Advisory Board. Motion to sign Contract for Hazardous Fuels Treatment Wildfire Mitigation Activities with Elite Timber Cutting. Motion to sign Catering Permit for a Mountain Mafia event. Adopt resolution regarding rate of pay for light duty work. Discussion/motion to declare old equipment in Safeway Building surplus and offer for sale at public auction. Adopt resolution regarding Safeway equipment. Discussion/motion to go out to bid for roofing for the old Safeway Building. ACTION ITEMS.

10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director/Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI)Facilitator Theresa Wheat – Update on KVRI matters.
11:00 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: Property owner Dave Winn – Discuss a survey matter.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Findings and Decision for Road Approach Variance Application #1-2024 for Terristy Rental Properties, Terry and Kristy Johnson. Discussion/possible motion regarding EPIC Land Solutions amendment for acquisition, negotiation, appraisal services and motion to sign related documents. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: 9B Pickleball & Boundary County Tennis Association – Discussion regarding matters pertaining to potential new tennis/pickleball courts.
