Monday, April 16, 2018
Chairman Dinning attends KVRI Board meeting at 7:00 a.m., in the Extension Office.

9:00a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign second Pay for Use Agreement for 2018 140M3 AWD Motor Grader to replace the 2010 140M AWD (G34) Motor Grader and adopt resolution for pay for Use Agreement. Discussion/possible motion to sign Key No. 19846 Crossport Rd & Cow Creek Rd Guardrail Project LHTAC/Local Agreement-Sub Agreement.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to appoint county advisory board members.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Patty Perry and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative matters and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen - Continued discussion regarding options for monitored sites and landfill. Motion to sign Release of Liability Waiver for tire removal.
1:30 p.m.: Chad Carle – Discuss request of use of gym at armory.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m.: Board of Equalization Matters.
10:15 a.m.: Treasurer Sue Larson – Quarterly update of county accounts.
10:45 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
1:30 p.m.: Commissioners to meet with Doug Nishek at Bonners Ferry Forest Service Office to discuss roads as it pertains to the Camp Robin project.

Thursday, April 19, 2018
Chairman Dinning attends Bureau of Land Management Resource Advisory Committee meeting at Coeur d’ Alene Office starting at 9:00 a.m.
