9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from week of April 21. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign APA Commission Bylaws. Motion to sign MOU for 24WFM-Boundary. Motion to sign MOU for 24HFR1-Boundary. Motion to sign Agreement for Maintenance Services with Valence Inc. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Discussion/Motion regarding HB 436. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Kurt Pindel, CDA District Manager Bureau of Land Management, - Annual BLM updates.
11:00 a.m.: Sheriff Travis Stolley to discuss recent jail inspection by the Idaho Sheriff’s Association. Discussion/Possible Motion on positions within the sheriff’s department and 40/hr work week for exempt employees. Discussion on credit cards for department. Discussion/Motion to reallocate vehicle to another department. Motion to sign GIS MOA. ACTION ITEMS.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/Motion to sign Independent Contractors Agreement for WINK, INC. for the Sunrise Rd. Improvement Project. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
