9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department Superintendents, County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson, Lance Mastre, Kirk Seaman, and Chad Isaac – Discussion regarding Labrosse Hill easement issue. Attorney Bill Wilson - Updates on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to reappoint Jeannie Robinson to the Restorium Advisory Board. Adopt resolution regarding rate of pay for light duty work. Motion regarding Restorium Staffing, Attendance and Educational Opportunity Policies. Motion to sign the Findings & Decision for Planning and Zoning File #24-0056, Deer Park Ranch Subdivision, Laurel & Robert Martin for a short plat, rural subdivision. Sign re-amended plat for Pinetop Subdivision for Shem Johnson. Sign amended plat of Lot 13A of the amended plat of North Ridge Estates, 1st Addition for Chris Copley/Poulton Family Trust. 2:00 p.m.: Airport Manager Dave Parker – Discussion regarding the following topics: land farming leases, future grant match and motion to sign United States Forest Service Land Use Agreement for use of the airport property. ACTION ITEMS.

Tuesday, April 9, 2024 (Today’s meetings are held at the County Annex)

1:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ continuation of the public hearing at the County Annex to consider Planning and Zoning File #23-0046, Maison Estates Subdivision by Applicant Maas Loop LLC. ACTION ITEM.
