9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to accept FAA Grant Offer for the Airport Phase III Environmental Assessment Project. Discussion/motion regarding a community shred day. Discussion/motion regarding submitting a letter of support for the Bureau of Land Management. Motion to sign Contract for Services of Court-Appointed Special Advocate Attorney for FY 24-25. Motion to sign Findings and Decision for Planning & Zoning Application 24-0047, Adopt Ordinance regarding repeal of Section 16.1, Flood Damage Overlay and approve Summary of Ordinance to repeal Section 16.1, Flood Damage Overlay. 9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:20 a.m.: University of Idaho Extension update.
9:40 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Richard Jenkins – Discussion/motion to purchase air burner. ACTION ITEM.
10:00 a.m.: Snowmobile Board Chairman Dave Wenk - Discussion/possible motion to accept and sign the Idaho Dept. of Parks and Recreation Grant Agreement for the MV25-1-11-1 Boundary County Snowmobile Grooming Program. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ meeting at Courthouse with Trial Court Administrator Karlene Behringer, Judge Berecz, Clerk Glenda Poston, Lead Court Clerk Della Armstrong, and Cory Trapp with Longwell+Trapp Architects to review proposed plans for office space at the former Safeway building.
