9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to authorize credit cards for County Probation and Noxious Weeds Departments. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Stan Kraly dba Mountain Barn and Ranch Service for wood grinding at the landfill. Motion to adopt resolution regarding the transfer of the local Simulcast System. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) Facilitator Theresa Wheat and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on KVRI and Forest Service projects. ACTION ITEMS.
11:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Richard Jenkins – Discussion regarding proposed fee increase. Discuss engineering plan for wood grinding for use as alternative daily cover. ACTION ITEMS.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to approve and sign the Findings and Decision for Variance Application 2-2024 for Marty Camburn. Motion to go out to bid for the county’s fuel supply for FY24-25. Discussion/motion to sign Designs Study Report for School House Road Project. ACTION ITEM.

9:30 a.m.: Personnel Director Pam Barton - Discussion/possible motion regarding Classification Committee matters. Possible motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. ACTION ITEM.
10:00 a.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Variance Application #3-2024 for Jeffrey Byler - A request for a variance to Road Standards Ordinance 2020-2 as it pertains to an approach location on Templeman Lake Road. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Cory Trapp with Longwell+Trapp Architects – Discuss proposed Safeway Building design plans.
