Monday, March 11, 2024 (Morning meetings at Courthouse - Afternoon meetings at Annex)

9:00 a.m.: Restorium Maintenance Kevin Schnuerle – Provide Restorium maintenance update.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency; and Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to sign contract with Intermax to relocate Assessor’s Office phone lines. Motion to sign Idaho Dept of Lands Hazardous Fuels Treatment Grant application for the Fire Safe Program. Claims approval. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Sheriff David Kramer – Discussion regarding wage scales.
11:30 a.m.: Restorium Department report. Motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
1:30 p.m., Road and Bridge Department report. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. Discussion/possible motion to sign the Riverside Road Memorandum of Agreement for Riverside Road Phase 1B project. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning File #23-0180, Land Use Code Text Amendment for Boundary County. ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning File #24-0029, Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment & Zone Change for Sater, LLC. ACTION ITEM.
2:45 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning File #24-0039, Rural Subdivision via Short Plat for Karen Pedey. ACTION ITEM.
3:00 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning File #24-0046, Rural Subdivision via Short Plat for Maas Loop, LLC. ACTION ITEM.

1:30 p.m.: Bureau of Land Management (BLM) District Manager Kurt Pindel - Introductions and general discussion regarding BLM matters.
2:00 p.m.: Parks and Recreation Board member Sarah Skinner – Discussion/motion regarding design plans and Memorandum of Understanding for skate park. ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: University of Idaho Extension Educator Amy Robertson and Northern District Director Rusty Gosz - Discuss Agriculture Educator position.
