9:00 a.m.: Austin Terrell with the Office of Species Conservation – Update on carcass pickup program and discuss potential carnivore conflict advisory group. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to reappoint George Hays as director from Boundary County to the District #1 Animal Damage Control Board. Motion to reappoint Marty Martinez to the Restorium Advisory Board. Motion to reappoint Dave Wattenbarger to the County Noxious Weeds Advisory Board. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) Facilitator Theresa Wheat – Update on KVRI matters.
11:30 a.m.: Chief Probation Officer Alisa Walker and JD Storm with the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections – Review Boundary County Annual Juvenile Report.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/motion to accept quote from PacWest Machinery for a 2023 Broce RCT-350 Broom and sign related documents. Discussion/motion to sign the Local Rural Highway Investment Program (LRHIP) Project Documentation Summary for Deep Creek Bridge #2, KN 8773. Discussion/motion to accept the piggyback offer from Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions for 2024 Asphalt Road Oils along with related trailer lease renewal and Independent Contractor Agreements. ACTION ITEMS.
2:30 p.m.: Parks and Recreation Board Chairman Rob Tompkins – Update on Parks and Recreation matters. Motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.

9:00 a.m., Commissioners meet in special session at the Courthouse for the purpose of meeting with Boundary County Community Hospital representatives to discuss and sign the Reconstruction Work Authorization and Payment Agreement with SERVPRO as it relates to flood damage remediation at the Boundary County Community Hospital. THIS IS AN ACTION ITEM.
