Monday, March 26, 2018
Commissioner Kirby attends Boundary Economic Development Committee Advisory Board meeting at noon at the Kootenai River Inn followed by an Economic Development Committee Board meeting at 5:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Room.

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Larry VandenBerg – Discuss right-of-way on Wheatland Road. Continued discussion on Pay for Use Agreements, lease/purchases for G35 grader, possible motion to enter into Agreement for G35 grader.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency, Cancel/extend various taxes. Clerk Poston to discuss purchase of copy/printer/scanner, possible motion.
10:00 a.m.: Tax deed auction.
11:00 a.m.: Boundary Soil Conservation District – Discuss funding matters; possible motion to sign letter of intent.
11:30 a.m.: Airport Manager Dave Parker – Discussion on snow removal equipment.
1:30 p.m.: Boundary Community Hospital CEO/CFO Craig Johnson and Hospital Board of Trustees Chairman Elden Koon – Quarterly update on hospital matters. Motion to sign Boundary Community Hospital Board of Trustees Bylaws.
2:00 p.m.: Rae Jean Adams – Discuss deferred property tax matter.

Tuesday, March 27, 2018

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
11:45 a.m.: Quarterly jail inspection.

Wednesday, March 28, 2018
Commissioner Kirby attends BATT Meeting today from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
