Commissioners’ meetings are held in their chambers, Room 28, in the Boundary County Courthouse, unless otherwise stated. Monday, March 4, 2024

9:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Department report.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to approve the Office of the Treasurer’s Certificates of Compliance for Mountain West Bank, Potlatch No. 1 Federal Credit Union, and Umpqua Bank. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Quarterly jail inspection.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Office Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Economic Development Council (EDC) Director David Sims – Update on EDC projects.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign Local Road Mileage Report. Discussion/motion regarding cleaning services quote and sign related documents. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Solid Waste Department report. Discuss proposed groundwater testing. ACTION ITEM.

9:00 a.m.: Motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need; and Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school-student. ACTION ITEM.
