9:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Department report. Discussion/possible motion to purchase a truck for the Maintenance Department. ACTION ITEM.
9:20 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need, Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student, and Idaho Code 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. ACTION ITEM.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report. Update on Operation Plan and Closure and Closure Plan.
10:30 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to sign the County Annual Juvenile Justice Report to the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections. Motion to approve the transfer of the County Alcoholic Beverage License for Three Mile Corner to Selkirk Investments Group dba Three Mile Corner Store. Motion to sign the Ruen-Yeager & Associates Disclosure Statement. Motion to adopt resolution to increase the opioid settlement fund budget. Motion to increase fiscal year 2022-2023 airport budget due to receipt of unanticipated revenue. ACTION ITEMS.
11:00 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Council (EDC) Director David Sims – Update on EDC projects. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS.

1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion for an extension request for Road Standards Variance #1-2023-Cabinet Mtns Water District (CMWD) for Round Mtn Road, #2-2023-CMWD for Mountain Meadows Rd., and Variance #3-2023-CMWD & Cowin for Parker Canyon Rd, and the Amended Findings and Decision letter associated with these extensions. Discuss agreement with the City of Bonners Ferry involving trade for snowplowing and gravel. Discuss a member of the public’s concerns regarding road approaches and future county development. POSSIBLE MOTIONS.

1:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning & Zoning File #23-0168, a lot line adjustment via short plat for Applicants Kimberly and Dave Parker. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Tayla Snapp with TC Energy - Introductions and general information.
