9:00 a.m.: Motion to sign Innovate! Inc. Work Orders #WO011-Addressing Support FY2024, #WO012-Planning Dept Support, and #WO010-Enterprise GIS Support FY2024. ACTION ITEM. Motion to approve transfer to County Alcohol Beverage License for The Badger’s Den Restaurant. Motion to approve County Beverage License Application for DG Retail, LLC dba Dollar General Store #24714. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to renew and sign Airport Manager Agreement. Motion to declare county personal property surplus. Motion to adopt resolution to declare county personal property surplus and to offer for sale at public online auction. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report. Discuss air curtain incinerator and permitting. POSSIBLE MOTION.

2:00 p.m.: Bid opening for Sheriff’s Office Jail Roof Replacement. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement. ACTION ITEM.

9:00 a.m.: Skyler Sharp with Waste Management Co. – Discuss compacting system and truck for county’s solid waste.
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m./noon – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Commissioners public hearing at the County Annex to consider Planning & Zoning File #23-0113, a long plat, urban subdivision for the Billie & Patricia Poulton Family Trust. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Commissioners public hearing at the County Annex to consider Planning & Zoning File #23-0150, a lot line adjustment short plat, for Christopher Copley and the Billie & Patricia Poulton Family Trust. ACTION ITEM.
