9:00 a.m.: Treasurer Jenny Economu – Quarterly update on county accounts and discussion/motion to certify delinquent taxes and special assessments to the 2023 tax bills. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student and Idaho Code 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. Motion to authorize County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull to sign Disclaimer of Interest in a quiet title action. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign letter of support for Boundary Volunteer Ambulance in their efforts to purchase a 2023 Braun NW Type 1 ambulance. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to adopt year end resolutions. Motion to adopt Resolution amending Resolution 2023-55 regarding Restorium Room & Board Fee Increase. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to sign the FY 2024 Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Idaho. 10:30 a.m.: Marianne Duarte, Sue Kemmis and Larry Jenkins – Discuss issues pertaining to Restorium protocol. Possible executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.

9:30 a.m.: Motion to sign plat map for JRS Surveying for the Replat of the Amended Plat for Winjum Meadows for Jason and Joelle Worf. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing at the County Annex to consider an increase in Planning and Zoning application fees. Motion regarding Planning and Zoning fees. Motion to adopt resolution regarding Planning and Zoning fees. ACTION ITEM.
