9:00 a.m.: Indigent matter. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property, which is not owned by a public agency. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to adopt resolution regarding the amended schedule of starting wages. Motion to adopt resolution regarding disposition of Commissioners’ records (Certificates of Residency). Motion to go out to bid for improvements to the Sheriff’s Office/Jail roof. Claims approval. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Assessor Olivia Drake – Discuss matters pertaining to herd districts.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium Administrator Karlene Magee – Restorium report.
11:30 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Landfill Operation update and executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
